Lately, many Gen Z have chosen to be unemployed. In terms of statistical data regarding the employment of Gen Z, it can be seen that:
Around 20.27% of Gen Z in Indonesia Young Age (15-24 years) Who Are Not Schooling, Working or Attending Training (Percent), 2023 
Around 42.62% of Gen Z in Indonesia Open Unemployment Rate Age Group 15-24 Years, 2023 
Around 4,303,938 Gen Z in Indonesia Unemployed Labor Force Age 15-24 Years Out of the Total Gen Z Population of 44,495,300 people, 2023
