Gen Z prefers to freelance

A little information for #Sahabatdata, so in the past year a unique phenomenon was found where Gen Z prefers to work as a freelance compared to formal workers. The reason is that freelance work has flexible time, in accordance with passion, more work life balance, and more technology literacy to offer services globally.

Based on BPS data, the average freelance income for high school graduates is 1.9 million rupiah, while for education that has not graduated from elementary school is 1.3 million rupiah. In addition, it turns out that there is a misconception among the public between the definition of freelance and freelance workers, even though freelancers are freelancers themselves.
