Jabar: West Java Farmers’ Terms of Trade (FTT) July 2024 was 110,92

• FTT is the ratio of the index of prices received by farmers (It) and the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib).
• FTT is an indicator to measure the farmers’ purchasing power parity in rural areas. FTT shows the terms of trade of agricultural products with goods and services consumption and production costs.
• In Juli 2024, West Java FTT was 110,92 or increased by 0.87 percent compared with that in June 2024. The increase in FTT was due to the increase in the index of prices received by farmers (It) at 0.72 percent, while the decrease in the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) at 0.18 percent.
• West Java, Agriculture’s Terms of Trade (NTUP) was 113,72 in July 2024 or increased by 0.66 percent compared with June 2024.
