Nilai Tukar Petani Jawa Barat November 2010 Tercatat sebesar 101.52

The Combined NTP for West Java Province in November 2010 was recorded at 101.52 or experienced an increase of 1.04 percent from the NTP in October 2010 which was recorded at 101.27. This was due to the increase in the Index Received by Farmers (IT) which was greater than the increase in the Index Paid by Farmers (IB), where IT rose by 1.04 percent and IB rose 0.79 from October 2010. The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in November 2010 for each subsector was recorded at 112.49 for the Fisheries subsector (NTP-Pi), 111.96 for the Horticulture subsector (NTP-H), 111.11 for the People's Plantation Crops subsector (NTP-R), 99.02 for Livestock subsector (NTP-Pt), and 95.06 for the Rice and Secondary Crops subsector (NTP-P) In November 2010 there was inflation of 0.89 percent in rural areas of West Java which was influenced by an increase in the Food Ingredient Group Price Index of 1.55 percent, the Prepared Food Group 0.59 percent, Health Group rose 0.37, Clothing Group rose 0.29 percent, Education, Recreation and Sports rose 0.22 percent, Transportation and Communication rose 0.08 percent while the Housing group fell 0.01 percent from October 2010.
