The development of an Integrity Zone (ZI) is not just a formality to achieve the title of WBK (Area Free from Corruption) or WBBM (Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area). More than that, ZI development is a serious effort to deal with obstacles, such as abuse of authority, KKN practices, discrimination, and weak supervision. Ultimately, ZI can create a clean, accountable and serving bureaucracy. One of the main foundations in ZI development is the six areas of change that are the focus of improvement and improvement in each work unit.
