More than that, ZI development is a serious effort to deal with obstacles, such as abuse of authority, KKN practices, discrimination, and weak supervision. Ultimately, ZI can create a clean, accountable, and serving bureaucracy. One of the main foundations in ZI development is the six areas of change that are the focus of improvement and improvement at BPS Bandung Regency.
Efforts to improve the quality of public services are a clear reflection of the success of Integrity Zone development. When the community directly benefits from fast, easy, and responsive services, trust in the agency also grows. However, this success cannot be achieved without the participation of all human resources of the Apparatus.
