The development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) is not merely a formality to earn the title of WBK (Corruption-Free Zone) or WBBM (Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone). More than that, ZI development is a serious effort to overcome challenges such as abuse of power, corruption, collusion, nepotism, discrimination, and weak supervision. Ultimately, ZI aims to create a clean, accountable, and service-oriented bureaucracy. One of the main foundations of ZI development is the six areas of change that are the focus of reform and improvement at BPS Bandung Regency.

Efforts to improve the quality of public services are a true reflection of the success of Integrity Zone development. When the public directly experiences the benefits of fast, easy, and responsive services, trust in the institution will grow. However, this success cannot be achieved without the active involvement of all human resources within the apparatus.
