Per capita expenditure for this commodity amounted to Rp. 2,442 rupiah. In addition, the production of spinach plants throughout 2024 in Indonesia reached 167,608 tons. This is in line with public awareness about the importance of consuming vegetables in everyday life, one of which is spinach which has various benefits for our body's health.
