Did you know that the Indonesian population consumes 3 packs of instant noodles per month. Data shows that in 2024 the average consumption of instant noodles per capita in a month is 296.64 grams. Daily consumption of instant noodles can cause various diseases such as: high blood pressure, kidney problems, heart and liver disease, diabetes, obesity, and malnutrition.
