Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) is one of the elements of Bureaucratic Reform because it is a benchmark for assessing the quality of public services.

Over the past 4 years, the IKK of BPS Bandung Regency has continued to increase. This shows how efforts to improve PST services of BPS Bandung Regency have been implemented and still have to be continued and still have to be strive to continue to improve its service performance.
