Change Management

Change management plays a role in Plan and manage any changes as best as possible so that all BPS personnel care (aware), understand, accept and have commitment to support the implementation of change programs at BPS.

Effort:

1. Motivate all BPS people to want and feel the need to change immediately;
2. Increasing the role of change agents as role models;
3. Translating the vision into concrete strategies and communicating them to all BPS personnel;
4. Overcoming the impacts arising from the changes that occur;
5. Reward short-term achievements to increase enthusiasm for change;
6. Strengthen changes by evaluating and making continuous improvements; and
7. Ensure change as an organizational culture.
